In 2019, I volunteered with the non-profit organisation Peace One Day to assist them in a 48-hour online data monitoring exercise.
The work involved analysing real-time alerts from Signal AI and Social360 to provide key insights, such as potential impact and reach, for the Peace One Day campaign on 21st September 2019.
I was tasked with monitoring the online narrative via social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, various forums, newsfeeds, and major search engines.
On the day of the event, I provided data points on the website using Google Analytics.
